Description
- The Italian made VDS AG 1000-kg (240v) sliding gate automation, has been designed & manufactured for domestic/light commercial sliding gates with an maximum weight capacity of 1200kgs
- High performance, single phase quality engineered sliding gear operator, in a painted di-cast aluminium body that houses the electric motor & reducer
- VDS AG 1000-kg encloses an adjustable double disk clutch with permanent lubrication.
- Other features include; steel & cast iron gears; stator & the mechanical parts work in an oil bath; compact dimensions; micro switches; oil level guard & a simple manual release system, allowing you to open the gate manually in the event of power failure
- Conveniently the SEAV LRS2102R++ multifunctional control board & receiver are housed inside the unit under a ‘ABS’ cover (enclosed in a special concealed cover with an aero stop gasket which works against insects and humidity)
- Rated 10-mts per minute speed time
- 50% duty cycle.
- All mechanical componentry in the 1000-kg version operate continuously in an oil bath guaranteeing durability & higher efficiency of the product
